
Fruit salad
Ingredients
Ripe banana – washed and cut into small pieces - 1 cup
Papaya - washed and cut into small pieces - 1 cup
Pine apple- washed and cut into small pieces - 1 cup
Apple- washed and cut into small pieces - 1 cup
Dates - cut into small pieces - 1 cup
Fresh coconut milk-1/2 cup
Soaked black raisans-1cup
Crushed Jaggery -2 spoons
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients with coconut milk and serve.

Salt salads
Ingredients Grated carrot-2 Nos Cabbage- 100gms Ladies finger-2 Nos Tomato-2 Nos small onion-2 Nos Grated coconut- 2 table spoon Ginger-1 small piece (grated) Coriander leaves- little Sprouted peanut-2 spoons Salt to taste Preparation Wash and cut cabbage, ladies finger, tomato and onion. Ingredients Ripe mango-2 Nos Robusta banana-2 Nos(Chikkitta), Small banana-2 Nos(Kerala), Pineapple-1/2 Beetroot-1 No Tomato-1 No Grated ginger-1 tea spoon Jaggery-2 spoon Cardamom- 1No Salt to taste Lime juice- 2 Spoons Preparation Wash and cut vegetables and fruits.
