Auto Intoxication
Majority of the people have weakness for tasty food and not care for nutritional value of food they are eating. Most diseases of the human body are caused by auto-intoxication or self-poisoning. The flesh of animals increases the burden of the organs of elimination and overloads the system with animal waste matter and poisons. Chemical analysis has proved that uric acid and other uremic poisons excess nitrogenous waste products contained in the animal body are almost identical to caffeine and nicotine a bitter alkaloid found in coffee and tea and tobacco that is responsible for their poisonous stimulating effects. This is why meat stimulates the animal passions and creates a craving for liquor, tobacco and other stronger stimulants. Excessive uric acid or by defects in uric acid metabolism results in deposits of the acid and its salts in the blood and joints causes diseases such as rheumatism, inflammation of the kidney, kidney stones, gout painful inflammation of the big toe and foot and gall stones.
Meat proteins cause putrefaction a state of decay usually accompanied by an offensive odor twice as rapidly as do vegetable proteins. The morbid matter of the dead animal body is foreign and very unfavorable to life or growth of man burdening the excretory organs. It is much harder for them to eliminate the waste matter of an animal carcass than that of the human. Moreover, the formation of ptomaine poisoning or corpse poisons begins immediately after the death of the animal and meat and poultry are usually kept in cold storage for many days and even months before they reach for use.
Another powerful influence tends to poison the flesh of slaughtered animals. Imagine the excitable condition of animals after many days of travel, closely packed in shaking vehicles - hungry, thirsty, scared enrooted to the slaughter -houses. Many die even before the end of their journey. Others are driven half dead with fear and exhaustion to the slaughter pans, their instinctive fear of death augmented by the sight and odor of the blood shambles. As we all know, emotions of worry fear of death and anger poisons blood and tissues. The blood stream is contaminated with certain hormones which can be detrimental by way of mental and physical strains.
More over flesh is often a carrier of disease germs. Diseases of many kinds are on the large scale in the animals, making flesh foods more and more unsafe. People are continually eating flesh that may contain tuberculosis cancerous and disease germs. Often animals are taken to the market and sold for food when they are so diseased that their owners do not wish to keep them any longer.
On the other hand the animals which are brought up for food the processes of fastening growth & fattening them to increase their weight and consequently their market value produce tremendous impact on our life and health. Modern science has developed the method of producing broiler chicken in 27 days in place of two years. Now this system is further developed to make Kentucky fried chicken in 8 days time. This has been made possible through artificial mitosis the cell division process that produces new cells for growth, repair, and the general replacement of older cells fastening the replication and growth process of bio clock cytochrome injecting hormones like Eastrogen-eastradiol-17 beta, Progesterone, testosterone, tenbolone acetate, zeronal and antibiotics like tetracycline, streptomycin, sulfamethazine, chloramphenicol etc. If such chickens are not used in 45 days some sort of fibers will start coming out of its body and would breaks its heart and die in 48 days. Hence all these chicken are killed before this period and carcass will be kept in cold storage for so many months or even years.
The impact of using such carcass is legible, in 1960s 18, 19, 20 was the maturing age of boys and girls, in 80s it became 14, in 90s it became 12, 13, in 2000 it became 11, 12 and now it has became 7.5 to 10. We failed to see or totally unaware of the fact that Childhood has vanished, ageing started early, Old age diseases started starting in child hood. Life span diminished to 40, 50 and life filled with disease.
Shut away from light and pure air, breathing the atmosphere of filthy stables, perhaps fattening on decaying foods, the entire animal body now becomes contaminated with foul matter. Also to note that meat contains a relatively larger proportion of amino acid methionine. If methionine is not metabolized properly in the body the ultimate results are the development of atherosclerosis and consequent increased risk of heart attack. Meat also contain large amount of cholesterol.
Also see the impact of milk, again the most common drink. Modern science found out that protein is the one which improves the mitosis and helps in growth. Thus protein demand increased tremendously. But modern science failed to see the reducing ratio of growing age or life span. The best epitome is: As per creation the growth of a cow ends in two years hence calf’s food, milk is protein flooded. But human growing age is 20, 25 years hence the protein percentage in human milk is very less. We are totally ignorant of the fact that human doesn’t need any other milk after mother’s milk. We need to remember that all fastening growth substances fasten the death also.
We also wish to highlight here affects of Tea Coffee Alcohol. Caffeine absorption occurs in the body very quickly– caffeine enters the bloodstream through the stomach and small intestine, and its effects are felt as soon as 10 minutes after consumption. It is completely absorbed within 40 minutes of ingestion. Caffeine does not accumulate in the bloodstream nor is it stored in the body, but it does persist. When the blood is persisted with caffeine the body cells will hesitate to absorb life giving oxygen from the blood causes the oxygen level in the blood remains high which keeps you stimulated for a while. Subsequently the body cells are unable either to convert glucose into energy or repair replicate and grow themselves and weaken or damages.
As a common fact tea coffee always ingests with sugar which is a very refined product body needs to spend essential minerals from its reserve to digest the same. The effects you would have noticed after consuming a large cup of coffee are hands getting cold, muscles tensing up, feeling of excitement and increased heart beat. Caffeine is a stimulant of the central nervous system (CNS), the cardiac muscle (increases heart rate), and respiratory system (relaxes air passages permitting improved breathing, and allows some muscles to contract without effort). There is no physiological requirement for caffeine in the human diet. Regular caffeine consumption reduces sensitivity to caffeine, and a higher intake is needed for the same effects. So caffeine is considered to be an addictive drug.
Caffeine is used as a most effective stimulant by runners and endurance trainers, as it does not suppress the appetite, although it does increase the level of circulating fatty acids, thereby enhancing fat oxidation. It is most effective as a stimulant in non-habitual users. Note that it is not the coffee only have caffeine, on average tea also contains 20-30 mg caffeine per 100 ml. Also, contrary to popular belief, the effects of alcohol are not reduced by caffeine, although as mentioned above it can only provide temporary relief from fatigue and drowsiness.
A diuretic is an agent that increases the rate of urine formation. Diuretic agents like caffeine and alcohol, can upset fluid balance by acting on the kidneys to boost urine production. If fluid losses are increased without a corresponding increase in fluid intake, negative fluids balance results. Without anti-diuretic hormone ADH the kidneys do not reabsorb the water; instead they excrete it as urine. The most important effect of anti-diuretic hormone is to conserve body water by reducing the loss of water in urine. Anti-diuretic hormone binds to receptors on cells in the collecting ducts of the kidney and promotes re-absorption of water back into the circulation. In the absence of anti-diuretic hormone, the collecting ducts are virtually impermeable to water, and it flows out as urine.
It is generally accepted that the primary mechanism by which alcohol increases secretion of urine through inhibition of the effect of anti diuretic hormone (ADH) on the kidneys. It is found that urine excretion increased by 10 ml for every 1 g of alcohol consumed. In this case, a 350 ml bottle of beer that contained 14 g of alcohol would induce 140 extra ml of urine output. Note that a much smaller amount of spirits (50 ml) has 16 g of alcohol which would therefore induce greater diuretic effects with less consumption of fluids. Therefore, beer has a larger fluid-to-alcohol content and might pose comparatively less concern for fluid deficit, while spirits have a higher proportion of alcohol.
The digestive system will also be injured by eating too much refined food, by frying vegetables so much that they lose most of their nutritional value, by cooking them in harmful oils and by adding too much spices and chilies. When the rules of food combination are violated, even good nutritious food may produce toxic materials as a result decomposition in the digestive tract. We could also analyze the drawbacks after effect of ingesting animal proteins whether in the form of meat or milk. By combining vegetable proteins in the proper proportions we can get the essential amino acids in the requisite amount. We would like to draw your attention here on insisting vegetarianism.
